You do not need any equipment. All of the workouts can be done from home and adapted to your needs at home or in the gym.
The minimum requirement is 3 workouts per week. The boxing workouts are 35-40 minutes long and all workouts can be adapted to your needs
NO! Diets have a beginning and an end, this is all about long term sustainable change. There will be no need to cut anything that you enjoy from your diet completely.
No, this is not for fighters, 50% of my clients have zero / very limited experience with boxing training. You will be learning REAL skills and training like a fighter, but none of my clients are training with the intention of fighting anyone.
If you follow the plan laid out for you, stay accountable with the weekly check ins and open communication you will see results within the first few weeks. However this is not a quick fix and everyone progresses at a different pace, but building the habits and implementing strategies from the coaching will lead to a big, long lasting change.
You will immediately receive your welcome email and instructions to set up your profile inside the training app. Inside that email will be a questionnaire for me to gather some more details about you and a link to book your onboarding call, where I will walk you through your program and we can go through your plan.
If inside the first 14 days you feel that this is not for you, you can email or message me inside the app and I will refund you immediately.
All of the boxing workouts are follow along with me, where I teach and demonstrate the movements. I also encourage you to send me a video of you showing the skills we are working on for that week, and I will send you video feedback for improvements you need to make.
Yes, the communication is the most important part of holding you accountable. Every week I will send you a game plan video based on your feedback in your tracker and what you have going on that week. we also have our initial 60 minute onboarding call after you sign up, progress calls every 6 weeks, I will check in with you inside the app during the week and you can send over questions at any time.
Once you have made payment you will receive 2 emails from me. One with instructions to set up your profile in the coaching app. The other email is from me and will have a link to a Fitness Assessment questionnaire, that will me some more information about you. There will be a 2nd link in the email for you to book your Onboarding Call with me, where I´ll walk and talk you through your program and get everything set up for you. See you on the call!
